| 摘 要： | 用８４个随机引物对黑龙江野鲤（Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓ ｃａｒｐｉｏ ｈａｅｍａｔｏｐｔｅｒｕｓ Ｔｅｍｍｉｎｃｋ ｅｔ Ｓｃｈｌｅｇｅｌ）和柏氏鲤（Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓ ｐｅｌｌｅｇｒｉｎｉ ｐｅｌｌｅｇｒｉｎｉ Ｔｃｈａｎｇ）进行种间ＲＡＰＤ分析，结果共扩增出４８４个片段，二者共有扩增片段为１３个，黑龙江野鲤特有的为２３３个，柏氏鲤特有的为２２５个，这些特异片段可做为黑龙江野鲁和柏氏鲤的分子遗传标记。并对

| Abstract: | Two species of carps Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temminck et Schlege and Cyprinus pellegrini pellegrini Tchang were analysed using 84 random primers by RAPD method. Four hundred and eighty-four fragments were generated, and 13 fragments are shared by 2 species of carps. Two hundred and thirty-three fragments are proudced only from DNA samples of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temminck et Schlege, and 225 fragments are produced only from Cyprinus Pellegrini Pellegrini Tchang. These distinctive DNA fragments can be used for molecular genetic marker. Similarity rate of the amplified DNA bands between the 2 species was 0.028, and genetic distance was 0.972, indicating that the genetic distance of the 2 species is far. |
