摘    要:自海水贝类中取样,经分离培养基和酪蛋白培养基复合培养,用检测蛋白酶产生水解圈和Folin-酚碱性蛋白酶活性测定相结合的方法从1000多份样品中初步筛到了产碱性蛋白酶活力高、性能优良的菌株YS-9412-130。对其初步研究结果表明,该菌只能利用有机氮源生长;在接近自然海水盐度、温度20℃、pH在7.0-9.0条件下,菌体生长和产酶较好。

Abstract:Sampled from marine shells, after the combined culture with isolating medium and casein medium, the strain YS-9412-130 with high protease activity and high-quality is obtained from over 1 000 samples by the integrated method of testing protease producing proteolytic circle and Folin-phenol assay.The preliminary study of the strain shows that it can only live on organic nitrogen sources; it grows and produces alkaline protease well under the condition of the sanlity near that of natural seawater, temperature (20℃), and pH 7.0~9.0
