金沙江中下游浮游植物功能群与环境因子的关系

摘    要:于2019年春夏秋三季对金沙江中下游(自流水体和库区)浮游植物群落组成、功能群以及多样性指数进行调查,并分析了浮游植物功能群与环境因子的关系。结果表明:金沙江中下游流域共鉴定出浮游植物8门32科54属96种,以硅藻门(39.58%)为主,其次是绿藻门(31.25%)。自流水体与库区在浮游植物群落组成上差异不显著;Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数和Pielou指数平均值分别为2.42、1.81和0.92,单因素方差分析表明三项多样性指数在各采样点之间、各季节之间无显著差异;对浮游植物功能群进行划分,共划分出24个功能群,其中8个(D、P、X1、J、C、LM、F、G)为该区域的优势功能群。D和P功能群是金沙江中下游各采样点常年共有的优势功能群。Pearson相关性分析和冗余分析(RDA)结果显示,温度、浊度、海拔、氨氮和硝态氮是影响金沙江中下游流域浮游植物功能群分布格局的主要因子。本研究可为金沙江干流水生生物保护、生态修复以及水质评价提供科学依据和理论基础。

Abstract:An investigation was conducted on the phytoplankton community structure, functional groups, and diversity indices in the middle and lower reaches of Jinsha River (artesian water and reservoir) in the spring,summer and autumn of 2019, and the relationship between phytoplankton funcational groups and environmental factors was analyzed. The results showed that 96 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyllums 32 families 54 genus were identified in the middle and lower reaches of Jinsha River,of which the Bacillariophyta (39.58%) was the dominant phytoplankton,the second was Chlorophyta (31.25%). The phytoplankton community composition was little difference between artesian water and reservoir(P<0.05). The diversity indices of Shannon-Wiener, Margalef and Pielou evenness were 2.42, 1.81 and 0.92, respectively. The diversity index was not significantly differences among sampling sites and between seasons when analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. The phytoplankton functional groups were divided into twenty-four functional groups, among which 8 (D, P, X1, J, C, LM, F, G) were the dominant functional groups in this area. D and P functional groups were the common dominant functional groups of the sampling points in the middle and lower reaches of Jinsha River all year round.Pearson and RDA results showed that water temperature (WT), turbidity (TUR), elevation (EL), ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N) and nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) were the main environmental factors that influenced the functional groups in the middle and lower reaches of Jinsha River.This study can provide scientific basis and theoretical basis for aquatic conservation, ecological restoration and water quality assessment in the main stream of Jinsha River.
