GABA、牛磺酸和pH值影响蝌蚪耐缺氧能力的研究

摘    要:在水中溶解氧一定的条件下, 将蝌蚪放入50 mL密闭三角瓶内, 观察不同质量分数的牛磺酸、GABA 以及水体不同pH 值对蝌蚪耐缺氧能力的影响。结果显示, 质量分数为0. 4% 的GABA水溶液对蝌蚪耐缺氧能力有极显著改善(P < 0. 01) , 0. 3%的GABA 对蝌蚪耐缺氧能力有显著改善(P < 0. 05)。0. 3%的牛磺酸对蝌蚪耐缺氧能力有极显著改善(P < 0. 01) , 0. 1%、0. 2%、0. 4%、0. 5%的牛磺酸对蝌蚪耐缺氧能力有显著改善(P < 0. 05)。实验证明, GABA、牛磺酸均可提高蝌蚪的耐缺氧能力。而0. 2%的B- 丙氨酸可明显减弱牛磺酸的耐缺氧能力。pH值为5. 4、8. 0时可极显著减弱蝌蚪的耐缺氧能力(P < 0. 01), pH 值为712、7. 7时可显著减弱蝌蚪的耐缺氧能力(P < 0. 05) 。

Abstract:Under the condition of fixed solute oxygen in water, the effects of different concentrations of taurine, GABA and different water pH on anti-anoxia of tadpoles in the obturating 50mL - Erlenmeyer flasks were researched. The results showed that 0.4% water solution of GABA exhibited a highly significant improvement in the anti-anoxia abilities of tadpoles(P < 0. 01) while 0.3% water solution of taurine of GABA significantly improved the anti-anoxia abilitied of tadpoles( p< 0. 05), o.3% water solution of taurine extremely significantly improved the anti-anoxia abilities of tadpoles (p< 0. 01). 0.1%, 0.2% , 0.4% and 0.5% water solution of taurine significantly improved the anti-anoxia abilitied of tadpoles (P< 0. 05).The test indicatied that GABA and taurine could increase the anti-anoxia abilities of tadpoles, 0.2%-alanine ( an inhibitor of taurine transporter) significantly reduced the anti-anoxia function of taurine, 5.4 and 8.0 pH value extremely significantly improved the anti-anoxia abilities of tadpoles(< 0. 01), 7.2 and 7.7 pH value significantly improved the anti-anoxia abilities of tadpoles(P < 0. 05).
