| 摘 要： | 本文研究了谷氨酸钠、牛磺酸、DMPT和复合型诱食剂对施氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki)生产性能、体成分和血液生化指标的影响.试验设5个处理,其中处理1为对照组,其余处理分别添加1%谷氨酸钠、1%牛磺酸、0.04%DMPT和复合型诱食剂(0.02%DMPT+0.1%谷氨酸钠+0.1%甜菜碱),每个处理设3个重复,每一重复6尾鱼,试验共进行8周.结果显示:与对照组相比,添加0.04%DMPT组特定生长率和增重率显著升高(P＜0.05);添加1%谷氨酸钠组特定生长率、增重率、血清总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶显著降低(P＜0.05),球蛋白极显著降低(P＜0.01);添加1%牛磺酸组和添加复合型诱食剂组对生产性能未产生影响,添加1%牛磺酸组血清球蛋白显著降低(P＜0.05),添加复合型诱食剂组肌肉水分含量显著降低(P＜0.05).实验表明:0.04%DMPT对施氏鲟具有较好的诱食作用;1%谷氨酸钠对施氏鲟的生长和免疫均有抑制作用.
