大鳍鳠人工繁殖研究进展及前景展望

摘    要:大鳍鳠是近年来深受消费者喜爱的淡水养殖新品种,但是目前其养殖群体较小,人工繁育技术体系尚未构建,限制了该品种的产业化发展。文章结合相关研究成果,从生物学特性、繁殖生物学基础、亲鱼培育、催产和孵化技术等方面介绍了大鳍鳠人工繁殖的研究进展,针对目前存在的问题提出了建议,并对前景进行了展望,对于大鳍鳠的开发利用有一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Mystus macropterus is a new freshwater breeding favored by consumers in recent years.But at present,the artificial aquaculture population is small,and the artificial breeding technology system has not been established,which limits the industrial development of this specie.This article summarized the research progress of artificial propagation of M. macropterus from the aspects of biological characteristics,reproductive biology,broodstock cultivation,artificial propagation and hatching techniques,and put forward suggestions and prospects on the existing problems,which could be used as a reference for the development and utilization of M. macropterus.
