摘    要:通过甲酯型,乙酯型,脂肪酸型和甘油酯型化学型式n-3多价不饱和脂肪酸的营养强化饵料对轮虫的营养强化试验,观察了营养强化过程中轮虫生理生态变化,测定了轮虫体内EPA,DHA的含量。结果表明:不论是哪种化学型式的营养强化饵料,营养强强效果均好于微绿球藻强经对照组,轮虫中EPA,DHA含量明显提高,并在强化12h达到最高峰。

Abstract:Rotife were enriched with different chemical type of n - 3 PUFA,including methyl esters, ethyl esters, fatty acids and triglycerides. The variation of physiology and ecology of rotifer during the experiments was observed and the EPA,DHA in rotifer body was evaluated. The results showed that all the enriching diets achieved better results than Nannochloropsis sp.,EPA, DHA content increased obviously and reached to the maximum 12 h after enrichment. There was a significant difference in the rate of taformation and absorption of DHA. Suppose the utilization ratio of triglycerides is 100, according to the results, that of the methyl ester was 54, ethyl esters 78, and fatty acids 129. Therefore, the enriching diet of fatty acids that was used first time achieved the best result,the triglycerides took the second place, and the methyl esters and ethyl esters were relatively poor.
