水分胁迫条件下冬小麦幼苗应答蛋白的表达及其与品种抗旱性的关系

摘    要:为了探索冬小麦幼苗期水分胁迫D-应答蛋白与品种抗旱性的关系,以30个抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种为材料,采用正常供水和-1.0 MPa PEG-6000胁迫两种处理及SDS-PAGE电泳技术,在抗旱性研究的基础上,对水分胁迫与非胁迫条件下D-应答蛋白在不同品种间表达的差异进行分析.结果发现,抗旱和中等抗旱品种经胁迫诱导后产生D-应答蛋白条带,而干旱敏感品种中没有出现此条带.该应答蛋白的分子量与已报道的抽穗期的分子量相当,约为66.2 kD.说明冬小麦幼苗期经水分胁迫后产生的D-应答蛋白与抽穗期水分胁迫后产生的应答蛋白完全一样,可以作为鉴定抗旱性的应答蛋白指标.

Abstract:Thirty winter wheat cultivars were selected in the research.The relationship between drought resistance of cultivars and the expression of D-response protein under water stress during seedling stage are studied.After drought resistance identification of wheat,the seedling treated with water or PEG-1.0MPaPEG6000,the D-response protein of different wheat cultivars were analysed by SDS-PAGE.The result indicated that under water stress,all the best and the most of better drought-resistance wheat cultivars appear the D-response protein pattern,with molecular weight of appropriately 66.2 kD,but all drought susceptible cultivars did not appear this patter under water stress.Which mean the D-response protein induced by water stress during seedling stage of wheat is the same as the one during heading stage,and could be used as a target of drought resistance identification.
