摘    要:试验以2个CIMMYT热带群体Pob 25和Pool26为基础材料,以丹340、掖478及其杂交种F1(掖单13)为测验种,采用三重测交(TTC)设计,对两群体各性状进行了基因效应分析,在两群体中均发现了部分性状存在显著的上位性效应,并提出了各类上位性分量的可能利用途径,为两群体的遗传改良打下了基础。

Abstract:Genetic diversity and genetic variation among 90 waxy corn landraces from 7 provinces of China and 6 common tester lines were analyzed with 31 fluorescent SSR loci across the maize genome by using a bulk sampling strategy. Totally, 216 alleles were detected with an average of 6.97, ranged from 2 to 12 per locus. The average polymorphism information content (PIC) and marker index (MI) were 0.67 and 4.92, respectively. 90 waxy corn landraces were clustered into 3 groups. The results also showed that the Guangxi and Guizhou were the genetic diversity center for waxy corn germplasm.
