玉米抗大斑病Ht基因有效SSR标记的筛选

摘    要:以含有不同抗大斑病基因的鉴别寄主近等基因系为试材,选用分别位于Ht1、Ht2、Ht3、HtN附近的SSR引物进行PCR扩增检测,筛选到Ht1基因有效标记4对,Ht2基因有效标记7对,Ht3基因和HtN基因位点均没有检测到有效标记。

Abstract:In this experiment, a set of differential host of near-isogenic lines(NILs) with different resistance gene was used as materials. SSR primers which were located in Ht1, Ht2, Ht3 and HtN nearby were detected for their specific to Ht gene by PCR amplification. We have got four pairs of effective Ht1 gene labeled primers, seven pairs of effective Ht2 gene labeled primers. But no polymorphism was found in Ht3 gene and HtN gene.
