6-BA对玉米子粒内源激素含量的影响

摘    要:在授粉前喷施60 mg/L的6-BA,对玉米胚乳发育过程中主要内源激素(Z+ZR、IPA、IAA、ABA)含量的差异及其动态变化差异作了比较分析。结果表明,外源6-BA对胚乳细胞增殖的影响主要表现为加快了胚乳细胞增殖速率,提前胚乳细胞最大增殖速率出现的时间。在玉米灌浆初期,6-BA使胚乳内Z+ZR、IPA、IAA含量明显高于对照,ABA含量低于对照,可能是胚乳细胞数目增加的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper, 60 mg/L 6-BA applied before pollination, were established to compare the difference in the endogenous hormone(Z+ZR, IPA, IAA, ABA) levels under different treatments, aiming to recognize the relationship between the effect of the 6-BA on the endosdperm development and the response of endogenous hormone in grains. The results showed that by applied 6-BA, endosperm development was accelerated. Considering effect of exogenous 6-BA on the increase of the number of endosperm cell and its relation with hormones levels in developing grain, it could be deduced that the acceleration of endosperm development should be ascribed to the increase in Z+ZR, IPA, IAA contents and the reduction in ABA content in developing grains.
