农户蔬菜质量安全认知与管理能力的影响因素分析

对河北省13个地区的142位蔬菜种植户进行实地调研，针对农户种植蔬菜过程中的质量安全认知现状，利用Logistic模型对影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明，农户种植蔬菜过程中的质量安全认知受政府政策、农户的文化程度、收入水平、种植结构与种植面积等因素影响。为提高农户蔬菜种植安全意识，应增强农户农药分类与使用意识、出台农药使用与蔬菜生产相关办法与建议。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Farmers' Quality and Safety Awareness and Management Ability to Planting Vegetable

Based on spot investigation of 142 vegetable farmers in 13 districts of Hebei province, the paper use Logistic model for empirical analysis on situation of famers' quality and safety consideration in the process of growing vegetables. The results show that the quality and safety consideration is influenced by factors, such as the government's policy, the farmers' cultural level, income level, planting structure and planting area, and so on. To increase the peasant households' vegetable safety consciousness, the paper points out that it should strengthen the consciousness of farmers' classification and use of pesticides, and introduce the methods and suggestions of the pesticide use and vegetable production.
