梨果实石细胞发育机理的研究进展

摘    要:石细胞是影响梨果实品质的重要因素,石细胞大小、分布与梨果实品质密切相关,石细胞发育是木质素的合成、转运和沉积的结果。在前人对不同系列梨果实石细胞的大小和分布、生长发育特点、木质素合成途径以及影响石细胞发育的环境因素等方面的研究总结的基础上,阐明了梨果实石细胞的形成特点和发育规律,为梨果实石细胞的进一步研究提供了理论借鉴和实践依据。

Abstract:Stone cells are fatal factor for pear fruit quality. There are high correlations between volume , distribution of stone cells and fruit quality. The developmental stones are resulted from synthesizing, transporting and sediment of ligins. The volume and distribution, development characteristics, way to synthesize lignin, environmental factors influencing stone cell development of different pear strains are summarised based on the papers published in the world. The aim is to illuminate the characteristics and developmental process of stone cells in pear fruit and provide some theoretical references for further research on it.
