| 摘 要： | 指出了柿子作为我国八大水果之一,被称为“中国的无花果”。柿果、柿花、柿叶等都富含胡萝卜素、维生素等多种营养及药用成分。对柿树、柿果等柿资源的加工及深加工进行了分析,提出了进一步发展柿子产业的建议。系统阐释了韩城市发展柿子加工厂、建设柿子规范化种植基地等产生的多方面的积极影响与重要意义。

| Abstract: | Persimmon is one of the eight fruits in China,known as"China's figs".Persimmon fruit,persimmon flower,persimmon leaves,etc.are rich in carotene,vitamins and other nutrients and medicinal ingredients.In this paper,the processing and deep processing of persimmon resources such as persimmon trees and persimmon fruits are reviewed.Then,it systematically explains the positive influence and significance of the Hancheng's development persimmon processing plant and the construction of persimmon standardized planting base. |
