| 摘 要： | 茶油物理化学性质与橄榄油相似，还含有橄榄油所没有的特定生理活性物质如山茶苷、山茶皂苷、茶多酚等，具有丰富的营养价值和应用价值。文章从脱胶、脱酸、脱色、脱臭、脱腊等几个方面综述了高品质茶油的精制方法研究进展，认为开发生产高附加值的茶油化妆品和医药系列产品市场具有很大潜力。

| Abstract: | Camellia oleifera seed oil has similar physical and chemical characters with the olive oil,but it has some special bioactive compounds which do not exist in olive oil,such as tea poly-phenol,glucoside and saponin.It has high value both in nutrition and industrial application.The refining techniques and its application in cosmetics have been summarized in this article. |
