| 摘 要： | 退耕还林工程建设已取得了明显成效，但各地在工程实施过程中仍存在一些不可忽视的问题，影响着工程成果的巩固。本文结合云南省实际，就巩固退耕还林工程成果所面临的后续政策、管理、产业发展等问题，提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | The achievement of Returning Farmland to Forest Project is obvious,but there are also some problems in implementation process that should not be neglected because it can affect the consolidating achievement. Considering the reality of Yunnan province, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on follow-up policy, management, industrial development and so on. |
