摘    要:以香椿种子为材料,采用5%、10%、15%、20%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液对香椿种子萌发进行人工水分胁迫处理,研究不同处理对种子萌发及幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的PEG处理胁迫对香椿种子的萌发均有一定的延缓作用;随着PEG浓度的上升,香椿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽速度及幼芽长度都呈现明显的下降趋势,POD、SOD活性呈上升趋势;低浓度的PEG对香椿幼根的生长有促进作用,随着PEG浓度的增加对香椿幼根的生长均表现抑制作用。
