摘    要:采用高效液相色谱荧光检测器(激发波长335nm,发射波长440nm)测定膨化玉米制品中伏马菌素硒和FB2的含量,该方法以乙腈-水溶液(1+1)为提取溶剂,邻苯二甲醛(OPA)为衍生剂,流动相为甲醇.0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠(77+23),流速1.0mL/min。结果表明:衍生反应适宜的pH为9~10,衍生物在0.5~5min内稳定,FB1和FB2的回收率分别为82.5%~93.2%和81.5%~90.7%,最小检出限均为0.03mg/kg。

Abstract:A fluorescence detector(excitation wavelength 335 nm,emission wavelength 440 nm) was used to determine the fumonisin B_1(FB_1) and fumonisin B_2(FB_2) in puffed corn products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),during which acetonitrile and water solution(1+1) was used as an extractant,OPA as a deriving agent,methanol and 0.1 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(77+23) as a mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that the pH value suitable to deriving reaction was 9~10,the derivatives were stable within 0.5~5 min,the recovery rate was 82.5%~93.2% for FB1 and 81.5%~90.7% for FB2,and both detection limits were 0.03 mg/kg.
