摘    要:对泡泡树5个品种果实的营养成分进行测定分析,并与美国本土种植的泡泡树果实及国内的香蕉、苹果及橙子等水果进行比较。结果表明:引种到我国河南的泡泡树5个品种的果实品质与原产国所报道的果实维生素C、矿质元素和17种氨基酸等营养成分差异不大。泡泡树品种间维生素、糖、可溶性固形物、钙和镁等矿物质、氨基酸等含量均存在明显差异,说明对泡泡进行无性系营养选择是可行的。筛选出品质较好的Seed seeding,Taylor和Sweet Alice。

Abstract:The nutrient contents of five introduced pawpaw varieties'fruits were determined and compared with those of the native American pawpaw fruit and the domestic banana,apple and orange.Results showed that the fruit quality of the five pawpaw varieties introduced to China's Henan was not significantly different from the native fruit quality in vitamin C,mineral elements,17 kinds of amino acids,etc.,keeping the primary nutritional value,but there were significant differences in such contents as vitamins,sugar,soluble solids,Ca,Mg and amino acids among different pawpaw varieties,indicating that it is feasible to have a vegetative selection of pawpaw.Seed seeding,Taylor and Sweet Alice had a better quality in the five varieties.
