摘    要:探讨不同浓度的Cd^2+对不同品种旱稻发芽的影响,结果表明:低浓度镉(≤1mg/L),对旱稻种子的萌发有促进的作用。高浓度(≥10mg/L)会影响旱稻种子的发芽率(种子发芽率以70%计),且随Cd^2+浓度增加,抑制作用增强。Cd^2+对旱稻幼根生长的影响,在低浓度下即表现为抑制作用,根长随Cd^+浓度的增加而递减。不同旱稻品种对镉的反映不同,0-119的耐镉性最强,2179—1次之,超级稻最差。

Abstract:concentrations of Cd~on different varieties of upland rice germination showed that: low concentrations of cadmium (~〈 1 mg'L-1) played promoting role to the upland rice seed germination. High concentration (〉~ 10 rag" L-t) will affect the upland rice seed germination rate (seed germination rate of 70 percent), and with The results of exploration on the different the Cd^2+ concentration increased, enhanced inhibition. Cd^2+ on the radicle growth of upland rice in low concentration that is manifested as a disincentive to root length with increasing Cd^2+ concentrations decrease. Different upland rice varieties to reflect the different cadmium ,0-119 of the strongest resistance to cadmium ,2179-1 times, the worst super rice.
