秸秆成型与燃烧技术的产业化分析

摘    要:通过对秸秆成型过程中关键技术的研究,确定了能耗最低的成型压强、成型温度的取值范围及其套筒的结构参数等最佳成型条件,在燃炉上进行了成型棒(块)燃烧试验,结果表明,其燃烧性能稳定,炉膛温度可达1060℃以;正常燃烧状况下无烟尘和黑烟排出;烟气中CO,CO2,SO2,NOx等成分的排放均低于燃煤锅炉的排放标准,符合环保要求,分析了秸杆从粉碎、成型到燃烧在中国农村、城镇进行产业化生产的可行性。

Abstract:The key technology of the straw briquette process is analyzed in this paper,based on a great number of tests,the minimum briquette pressure for energy consumption, the scope of the briquette temperature and the optimal conditions for the sleeve parameter are decided.The combustion testing of straw briquette in furnace was done,the results indicate that the briquette combustion performance is stable,hearth temperature is higher than 1 060℃,there is no dust and heavy smoke discharged from the chimney under the normal combustion condition CO,CO2,SO2,NOx in the flue gas is much lower than the standard stipulated for coal burning boilers.Finally,the industrialization feasibility throughout China from shatter,briquette to combustion is put forward.
