摘    要:苏云金杆菌( Bt)工程菌的构建,可以采用原生质体融合、接合转移和转化等方法,其中电转化法被公认为是最有效的手段之一,此技术已广泛地应用于 Bt的遗传改良.本文阐述了电转化基本原理及基本操作步骤.此外,还就存在的问题和应用前景进行探讨

Abstract:Engineering strains of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) can be constructed by protoplast fusion, conjugation transfer and electroporation, of which electroporation has been considered as the most effective method and extensively applied to genetic transformation of Bt. In this paper its principles and major manipulations are dealt with, and the problems and prospects of application are also discussed.
