甘蔗抗黑穗病性评价及品种的抗性鉴定

采用人工浸渍接种法 ,对福农 83- 36等 9个新品种和 2个主栽品种 (ROC10和闽糖 70 - 6 11)进行抗黑穗病性鉴定 .通过病害进展曲线下的面积等 5个流行病学参数 ,结合标准对照种的抗性表现 ,综合评价其抗性 ,同时 ,采用系统聚类分析进行进一步验证 .结果表明 ,福农 83- 36、桂糖 84 - 332、川糖 78- 111及 2个主栽品种未发病 ,属高抗 ,云蔗 81- 173、福农 91- 0 70 7为抗 ,福农 81- 74 5为中抗 ,粤糖 85- 172 2、福农 90 - 6 6 52和闽糖 86 - 877为感 .文中还对如何客观评价甘蔗抗黑穗病性进行了探讨 .

Evaluation of smut resistance in sugarcane and identification of resistance in sugarcane varieties

Identification of smut resistance in nine new varieties of sugarcane material including Fu Nong 83 36 and two main cultivated varieties of ROC10 and Min Tang 70 611 was conducted by means of artificial dip inoculation. According to the area under disease progress curves (AUDPC) and other five epidemic parameters, combined with the smut resistant expression of standard controlled varieties, their smut resistance was evaluated. At the same time, further test was conducted by means of systemic cluster analysis. The results showed that Fu Nong 83 36, Gui Tang 84 332, Chuan Tang 78 111 and two main cultivated varieties were not diseased, they were high resistant, Yun Zhe 81 173 and Fu Nong 91 0707 were resistant, Fu Nong 81 745 was middle resistant and Yue Tang 85 1722 were sensitive. It was discussed how to objectively evaluate the smut resistance in sugarcane.
