| 摘 要： | 采用短信、彩信、语音群呼、物联网等现代信息技术,开发了森林火灾扑救人力资源管理系统.结果表明,这一管理系统实现了人员和人员携带器材的可视化管理,能够正确估算扑火队员的战斗力,合理分配人力资源,以更好地应对多个火点.

| Abstract: | By means of short messages service(SMS),voice group call,multimedia messaging service(MMS) and internet of things(IOT) technologies,a human resource management system for forest fire extinction was developed.The result showed that this system could help estimate the capability of fire extinction team accurately and allocate resources rationally by strengthening the management of personal equipments,so that the multiple fire points could be handled better. |
