光照和食料对黑尾叶蝉生长繁殖及其传播水稻东格鲁病能力的影响

摘    要:每天光照16和24小时,对黑尾叶蝉若虫的发育和羽化有良好的效应。但在每天光照0~24小时的五个处理中,叶蝉的雌雄性比的雌成虫的产卵量与寿命没有显著差异。每天光照12小时,可明显缩短卵的孵化时间,提高孵化率。黑尾叶蝉若虫经每天光照0、4、12、16和24小时处理后羽化的成虫,其传播水稻东格鲁病毒的百分率分别为15.8%、30.0%、29.0%、21.4%和25.3%;传毒持续期为4.0、3.1、2.1和1.5天。对黑尾叶蝉卵期经上述五种不同光照处理后孵化的若虫,其传毒率分别为5%,20%,21.7%、6.7%和8.3%,传毒持续期为3.5、2.3、2.1、1.9和2.0天。在室内自然变温下,黑尾叶蝉的食料以针叶期稻苗最佳,三叶期和分蘖期稻苗均不如前者。各期稻苗饲养的虫子,其传毒力没有显著差异。


THE INFLLENCE OF LIGHT DURATION AND FEEDING HOST PLANTS ON THE GROWTH,FECUNDITY AND ABILITY OF TRANSMISSION OF RICE TUNGRO DISEASE BY NEPHOTETTIX CINCTICEPS
Abstract:Results of our experiments showed that with 16 and 24 hours of daily illumination played a favorable effect on the development and emergence of nymph of N. cincticeps, Among the five treatments from 0 to 214 hours of light duration, no obvious differences were observed in the female/male rate, eggs per female, and longevity of the insect. When eges were exposed to light 12 hours daily incubation period was shortened and the hatched rate increased. After the nymphs were exposed to daily illunination with 0, 12, 16 and 24 hours, the percentages of adults that transmit the rice tungro disease were 15.8%, 30.0%, 29.0%, 21.4% and 25.3%, respectively, with the length of transmissible period of 4.0, 3.1, 2.3, 2.1 and 1.5 days. After the eggs were repeated with the above-mentioned five treatments, the percentages of nymphs that transmitting the virus were 5%, 20%, 21.7%, 6.7% and 8.3%, and the transmissible periods of their adults were 3.5, 2.3, 2.1, 1.9 and 2.0 days, respectively. Under the fluctuating room temperature, the rice seedling flushed with a needle leaf became the best feeding plant material for the insect in comparison with three leafed or early tillering stages. The transmission ability of the seedling rice plant fed insect for virus showed not much differences.
