茄子种子打破休眠的预处理技术

摘    要:为了打破茄子种子休眠,采用HCl、H2O2、GA3、6-BA及变温处理等技术对采收晒种前及播种前的种子进行预处理,共计35个组合.试验结果表明,GA3效果最佳,其次为6-BA及H2O2,HCl处理效果也较好,但应注意药剂含量与时间.其中体积分数为0.01的HCl处理0.5h、0.005的H2O2处理0.25h,GA3以80mgL-1处理0.25~0.5h,6-BA以20mgL-1处理0.25h的效果最好,变温处理也有同等效果.总体上看,处理效果以晒种前比播种前好,但两者未达到显著差异.

Pretreatment techniques for eggplant seeds to break dormancy
Abstract:The HCl, H2O2, GA3, 6 BA and poikiothermal treatments were conducted to break dormancy of eggplant seeds. The seed pretreatment were carried out in 2 periods, after harvest ( before sun dry) and before sowing, including 35 treatments in all. The results showed that GA3 was more effective than others, followed by 6 BA and H2O2. HCl had effect but was affected by volume fractions and duration for treatment. The optimal volume fractions and duration for treatment were 0.01 HCl for 0.5 h, 0.005 H2O2 for 0.25 h, 80 mg·L-1 GA3 for 0.25-0.5 h, 20 mg·L-1 6 BA for 0.KG-4]25 h. Poikiothermal treatment had the same effect. Pretreatment before sun dry seemed to be better than before sowing, but there was no significant difference.
