| 摘 要： | 对甘蔗 F_1代群体糖分性状的遗传相关、遗传进度和约束指数研究表明,在甘蔗 F_1代,根据田间锤度和株高来选择高糖无性系是行之有效的.应用约束指数对田间锤度进行选择,而对丛蔗茎重进行约束,可望获得理想的选择效果.从不同遗传相关程度的育种群体中分离选择高产高糖个体是可能的.

| Abstract: | The genetic correlation,genetic advance and restricted index of sucrose content characters in sugarcane F_1 population were studied.According to brix on the field and plant height to select high sucrose clones in sugarcane F_1 generation was practicable and ef- fective;applying restricted index to select brix on the field and to restrict stalk weight per clump can obtain the best selection effects;it was possible to select individuals that both sucrose content and stalk weight are high from populations that exist different genetic correla- tion. |
