摘    要:采用NCⅡ交配设计,估算了甘蔗5个外引品种和4个自育亲本无性系8种形态和品质性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力.方差分析表明,加性遗传方差对形态特征起着重要作用,而非加性遗传对品质性状的作用更重要.按一般配合力效应评价亲本品种,认为“ROC1”、CP57-614、CP72-1210、崖84-153和崖73-512是大多数形态和品质性状的最好配合者.根据品质性状的特殊配合力效应,20个杂交组合中,“ROC1”×崖73-512、“ROC1”×崖71-374、CP57-614×川57-416、CP57-614×崖73-512、CP65-357×崖71-374、CP65-357×崖84-153、CP67-412×川57-416和CP72-1210×崖84-153被认为是较佳的组合,结果说明要扩大这些优良组合后代的种植,以提高选择优良品种的机会

Abstract:General combining ability and specific combining ability for 8 morphological and quality characters in sugarcane ( Saccharum spp.) were estimated by using a NC Ⅱ mating design with 5 exotic varieties and 4 local parental clones. The analysis of variance indicated that additive genetic variance was very important for the morphological characters while nonadditive genetic variance was more important for the quality characters studied. Parents evaluated on the basis of their general combining ability(gca) effects, “ROC 1”, CP57 614, CP72 1210, Ya84 153 and Ya73 512, were found to be the best general combiners for most morphological and quality characters. Of the 20 crosses, “ROC 1”×Ya73 512, “ROC 1”×Ya71 374, CP57 614×Chuan57 416, CP57 614×Ya73 512, CP65 357×Ya71 374, CP65 357×Ya84 153, CP67 412×Chuan57 416, and CP72 1210×Ya84 153 were found to be the best crosses according to their specific combining ability(sca) effects of the quality characters. Those results suggested that large populations of these elite crosses should be planted to maximize the chance of selecting superior varieties.
