| 摘 要： | 甘蔗喷施适当浓度稀土,可提高根细胞线粒体膜结合 Na~+-K~+ATP 酶及叶肉细胞叶绿体膜结合 Ca~(2+)-ATP 酶和 Mg~(2+)-ATP 酶活性,并使吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性降低,根系活力加强,叶绿素含量和光合速率提高,从而促进了植株的生长.

| Abstract: | Spraying sugarcane with rare earth increased the activity of Na~+-K~+ ATPase combined on chondriosomc membrane of root cell as well as the activities of Ca~(2+)-ATPase and Mg~(2+)-ATPase combined on chloroplast membrane of leaf flesh cell,decreased the activ- ity of IAA oxidase.As a result,the activity of root system,chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and growing rate of plant were increased. |
