甘蔗经济性状的因子分析及品种聚类分析

对14个甘蔗品种2次新植和1次宿根的产量及品质性状进行因子分析和聚类分析,因子分析将11个甘蔗经济性状用4个主因子表示,累加方差贡献率达到91.08%.第1主因子中起主要作用的性状是折光锤度、转光度、蔗汁蔗糖分和甘蔗蔗糖分等糖分因子;第2主因子载荷值较大的性状有甘蔗茎径、单茎重和公顷蔗茎产量指标等产量因子;第3主因子只有公顷有效茎数起主导作用;第4主因子起支配作用是重力纯度和视纯度等衡量甘蔗成熟度的因子.第1主因子与第4主因子有较大的正相关性,与第2主因子有较大的负相关性.根据品种斜交因子得分值,进行系统聚类分析,把14个甘蔗品种分为4类,第1类又分为3个亚类,不同类型品种具有不同的产量和品质特征.

Factor and clustering analysis of economic characters in sugarcane (Saccharum spp.)

Yield and quality characters from two plant crops and one ratoon crop of fourteen sugarcane varieties were investigated by factor and clustering analysis.The eleven indexes were divided into four common factors by factor analysis and cumulative variance contribution of the four factors reached 91.08%.The sugar indexes of brix,pol in juice,sucrose content in juice and sucrose content in cane played important roles in the first factor.Stalk diameter,stalk weigh and cane yield per hectare owned higher factor loading values in the second factor.Only cane number per hectare played primary roles in the third factor.The fourth factor was mainly dominated by apparent purity and gravity purity determining sugarcane maturity.The first factor was positively correlated with the fourth factor and was negatively correlated with the second factor.Fourteen sugarcane varieties were divided into 4 types by clustering analysis according to the scores of factors and the first type was divided into three sub-types.Varieties of different type had different yield and quality characteristics.
