摘    要:于分蘖末期(6月3日)对甘蔗闽糖70/611进行喷施硝酸混合稀土处理,施用量为40g/亩.结果表明,喷施稀土的甘蔗叶片脯氨酸含量增加,过氧化物酶活性提高,在低温下细胞膜的离子渗漏量降低,细胞膜脂中不饱和脂肪酸和短键脂肪酸含量提高.叶尖、叶缘和叶脉输导系统中厚角、厚壁组织增多,运动细胞和叶肉细胞及其胞间隙都较小.提高了甘蔗的抗寒抗旱能力.

Abstract:Plants of sugracane cv. Mintang 70/611 were sprayed with rare earth (2.1 g/mu) at the late tillering stage (June 3). The results showed that proline content and peroxidase activity in the sugarcane leaves were increased. The ion leakage rate of cell membrane was decreased and the content of fatty acid (unsaturated and short-bond) was raised under low temperature. The treatment also increased the number of collenchy, sclerenchyma of conducting tissue in sugarcane leaf apex, leaf margin and leaf vein, and decreased the size of motor cell, mesophyllic cell and intercellular space, so that the resistance of sugarcane to cold or drought was increased.
