摘    要:以磷酸盐为选择剂,采用多步正筛选系统,从高产低糖的甘蔗品系福农86/17中筛选抗性细胞系.与对照相比,变异系具有很强的抗选择剂毒害的能力,且对其他种类的磷酸盐也具有较强的抗性.在不含选择剂的培养基上继代3次后,其抗性表现稳定.田间种植观察表明,抗性细胞系植株群体含糖分较高,对照系植株群体含糖分较低.文中还对该品系愈伤组织的诱导方法进行了探讨

Abstract:The variant lines resistant to salt phosphate had been selected from sugarcane clone Funong 86/17 by the use of salt phosphate and the multi step selection system. The resistance of variants to the salt phosphate was stronger than that of the donor and the resistant property kept stable after being cultured in a medium lacking of the selecting matter, variants were also resistant to other salt phosphate. A primary planting trial showed that the mean of sucrose content in the resistant subclones was higher than that in control subclones. Besides, the research on the methods of callus induced from Funong 86/17 was included in this paper.
