摘    要:筛选出应用于樱桃番茄种子纯度鉴定的引物,建立了杂交种子的RAPD指纹图谱.从27条引物中筛选出了18条用于樱桃番茄种子纯度鉴定的引物,其中4条偏母型引物、5条偏父型引物、4条互补型引物、2条特异型引物及3条缺失型引物.利用互补型引物S172鉴定21粒樱桃番茄种子纯度,其中有2个其他种子混杂,该种子纯度为90.48%.

Abstract:The primers were screened for the purity identification of Lycopersicon esculentum var.cerasiforme hybrid seeds,and the fingerprints of RAPD were established among the parents and their hybrid seeds.From 27 primers,18 primers were screened and proved suitable for the purity identification.Among them,4 primers displayed partial female type,5 primers partial male type,4 primers complementary type,2 primers special,3 type primers shortage type.Using complementary type primer S172,2 fasle hybrid seeds were identified from 21 ones.Therefore,the purity of L.esculentum var.cerasiforme hybrid seeds was 90.48%.
