滚筒梳剪式荔枝采摘部件的设计与优化

摘    要:【目的】设计一种滚筒梳剪式荔枝采摘试验装置,并优化采摘部件的结构.【方法】以齿形板数量、齿形板折弯角度、刀片数量和滚筒转速作为影响因素,以生产率、摘净率和破损率为采摘指标,开展四因素三水平的正交试验.【结果和结论】试验结果表明:齿形板数量为4、齿形板折弯角度为120°、刀片数量为13、滚筒转速为44 r·min-1时为最优组合,此组合的采摘试验装置生产率为2.604 kg·min-1.研究结果可为荔枝采摘机械的设计与开发提供参考.
