美国和德国食品科学与工程高等工程教育的特色及启示

摘    要:选择国际上典型工程教育强国——美国和德国,从培养模式、培养目标、课程设置、实践教学等方面详细阐述了两国食品科学与工程高等工程教育的办学特色与经验,并在此基础上提出了对我国食品科学与工程高等工程教育人才培养的几点启示,旨在为我国食品科学与工程专业实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"提供借鉴。

Abstract:The America and Germany, the two typical powers of higher engineering education in the world, are selected for the discussion on their school-running features and experiences of higher engineering educations in food science and engineering. Analyzed in detail are their training mode, training target, curriculum design and practical teaching, and are then given some enlightenments to the higher engineering educations in food science and engineering of China. It is to provide scientific reference for implementing the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers of food science and engineering specialties in China, and to explore the suitable training mode for outstanding engineers in China.
