| 摘 要： | 高校师德建设是调动教师积极性,提高教师队伍素质,培养社会主义现代化建设需要的德才兼备人才的关键。新时期高校青年教师师德建设面临着多重困境：人才选拔和评价忽视了师德建设,青年教师师德建设中的自律意识不高,青年教师的生存环境妨碍师德建设的最终落实。基于马斯洛需求层次理论和奥尔德弗ERG需求理论,坚持以人为本、需求导向,重构新时期高校青年教师师德建设的维度：制度完善、自我约束和环境建设。
