鸡肠道枯草芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及生物特性研究

摘    要:为研究和开发动物新型微生态制剂,最大程度的提高经济效益,改变抗生素滥用、药物残留等现状,从健康鸡肠道中分离出1株芽孢杆菌,并命名为W,且对其进行形态观察、生化试验鉴定和16S rRNA序列分析及同源性比较。结果表明,本菌株与Bacillus subtilis strain CICC 10023(GU980947.1)的同源性达99.5%,最终确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌,对该菌株进行药敏试验和安全性试验。结果表明,该菌对青霉素、杆菌肽耐药,对小鼠无致病性。

Abstract:For researching and developing the new probiotics on animal, improving economic returns with the greatests and changing the situation of overuse of antibiotics and drug residues, etc. This article named the bacillus as W, which was isolated from the intestinal tract of healthy chickens, and identified it with the evaluation of morphological feature, the biochemical test, the analysis of 16S rRNA sequence and the homologous comparison. The results showed that the homology of this bacillus compare to Bacillus subtilis strain CICC 10023 (GU980947.1) reached 99.5%. Finally, it ascertained that this bacillus was bacillus subtilis. With the drug sensitive test and safety testing, it turned out that the strains was drug-resistant to Penicillin, Bacitracin. Safety testing indicated that the strain was not pathogenic for mice.
