| 摘 要： | 面对纷繁复杂、竞争日趋激烈的人才市场,一些大学毕业生感到无所适从,产生了这样或那样的心理矛盾和心理问题。要广开就业门路,教育大学毕业生树立正确的世界观、择业观,帮助他们消除心理障碍,走出择业误区,自觉适应人才市场的需要。

| Abstract: | Facing the complex and the more fierce competition talents market , some of the college graduates feel lost and encounter various kinds of psychological contradiction and problems. The ways of seeking jobs should be expanded and the college graduates should be guided to establish the right world outlook,the view on seeking jobs,we should help them eliminate the psychological .barrier, come out of the misleading on seeking jobs and adapt the talents market. |
