| 摘 要： | 以中国鹅掌楸嫩枝为试材,采用植物生长调节剂不同种类、不同浓度处理、不同基质的生根效应研究。结果表明:萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸均能促进生根,但以浓度为50 mg/L,100 mg/L处理的生根率较高。各基质间生根率差别较大,以红土最高（平均49.2 %）,珍珠岩+蛭石次之（38.8 %）,蛭石30.4%,珍珠岩30.8%。

| Abstract: | Using the current growth shoot as test materials,the effects of growth regulators at various concentrations and different kinds on the rooting of Liriodendron chinense cuttings were investigated in different media.The results showed that dipping the cuttings in lower concentrations（50 mg/L,100 mg/L）for 1 h gave the better results for rooting,the red soil was the best media for the rooting and the rooting rate was up to 70%. |
