武定鸡农大Ⅰ系血液蛋白多态性与生产性能关系的研究

摘    要: 采用垂直板电泳聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)对127只第15世代武定鸡农大Ⅰ系的血清转铁蛋白(Tf)、酯酶(Es-1)、淀粉酶(Amy-1)、碱性磷酸酶(Akp-1)等4个血液蛋白座位的多态性进行了检测,计算了各座位基因型频率、基因频率和遗传多样性指数,并进行了基因频率的Hardy-Weinbery平衡适合性检验,特别是对血液蛋白多态性与生产性能的关系进行了分析。结果表明: 在4个测定座位中,Tf不具多态性,只表现为一种表型(BB型);其余3个座位呈现出多态性,在 Amy-1座位AB型个体严重过量。4个血液蛋白座位的优势基因分别为TfB,Es-1C,Amy-1B,Akp-1S,其中Es-1,Akp-1座位处于平衡状态,Tf和Amy-1偏离平衡状态。血液蛋白多态性与生产性能之间存在相关关系。Akp-1F,Es-1AC,Amy-1AB 3种基因型可能有利于体重增长;Akp-1S,Es-1CC,Amy-1AB对产蛋性能可能有促进作用。

Abstract:By using the method of polyacrilamid gel electrophoresis, the polymorphisms was assayed in 4 blood protein loci (Tf, Es-1, Amy-1, Akp-1) in a 127 chickens population from the fifteenth generation of Wuding chicken lineⅠ. The genotypic frequency, gene frequency and heterozygosity of each locus were calculated, and the accordance of the gene frequency at each locus with Hardy-Weinberg equilibration was examined by chi square test. The relationship between protein polymorphic genotypes and productive traits was analyzed.The results revealed: the polymorphism did not existed in transferrin (Tf) and only had BB type. The three others have polymorphisms. The preponderant gene of Tf, Es-1, Amy-1, Akp-1 locus was TfB, Es-1C, Amy-1B, akp-1. The gene frequencies of Es-1, Akp-1 locus were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibration while the ones of Tf, Amy-1 locus were not. All of Tf locus was BB type, and AB type of Amy-1 surpassed the required amount greatly. The high consistency in Wuding chicken line Ⅰ was viewed from genotypic frequency and gene frequency. The interrelationship existed between blood protein polymorphism and production trait. Akp-1F, Es-1AC and Amy-1AB may be helpful to select the body weight while Akp-1S, Es-1CC and Amy-1AB may be used for the promotion of egg production.
