影响人工林培育质量的非技术因素初步研究——以贵州省修文县为例

采用参与式农村评估方法(PRA),在贵州省修文县2个村和林业部门调查影响人工林培育质量的非技术因素。结果表明:除造林技术因素外,政策、管理、经济及自然等非技术因素,都对人工林培育质量有不同程度的影响。通过问卷调查及影响程度评分排序,初步确定了影响修文县人工林培育质量的11个主要非技术因素。这些非技术因素往往通过影响造林者的积极性和认真负责精神,进而影响各造林技术环节的施工质量,而对人工林培育质量产生间接影响。因此,对影响人工林培育质量的各种非技术因素加以控制是十分必要的。

Preliminary Investigation in the Non-technical Factors Impacting the Cultivating Quality of Plantation——Example for Xiuwen County,Guizhou Province

Non - technical factors impacting the cultivation quality of plantation were investigated at two villages and forestry departments in Xiuwen County of Guizhou Province using the Participatory Rural Appraisal （PRA） in the current work. The results showed that in addition to the technical factore, some non- technical factors including policy, management, economy and nature considerably influence the plantation quality. A total of 11 non - technical factors influencing cultivation quality of plantation in Xiuwen County were examined preliminarily through questionnaire investigation, marking and ranking the degree of influence. These non - technical factors affected the quality of plantation by the enthusiasm, conscientious and responsible attitude of planting workers, and thus indirectly influenced plantation quality .
