| 摘 要： | 野生稻是一个重要的基因资源库,包含了水稻各种病害的抗性基因。本文综述了野生稻丰富的抗性资源及其基因的挖掘,以及在水稻育种上的利用研究进展,并对目前存在的突出问题,提出了野生稻种质资源抗病育种的发展建议。

Advances on Disease-resistant Breeding Utilized with Wild Rice Germplasm Resources in Rice |

| Abstract: | Wild rice is considered as an important gene-bank of excellent traits, which includes many disease-resistant genes. In this review, the advances in disease-resistant resourcesof wild rice and the mining and utilization of the genes were summarized, especially in the aspects of gene mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding. Suggestions for dis-ease-resistant breeding with wild ricewere proposed, aiming at solving outstanding issues. |
