啤酒废水灌溉对农田生态环境的影响研究

摘    要:通过田间调查采样与室内分析方法,研究了啤酒废水灌溉对农田生态环境的影响。结果表明,啤酒废水灌溉农田可以增加土壤有机质和全氮的含量,连续灌溉3—7年未发生Na+、Cl-和SO42-的积累,耕层土壤中Ca2+和Mg2+轻度淋洗;啤酒废水灌溉有利于蔬菜中维生素C的积累;加重了浅层地下水细菌污染,减轻了地下水中硝酸盐氮的污染。

Abstract:It has been discovered that irrigating with brewery wastewater on farm land could increase the content of organic matter and total nitrogen in soil, re spectively. Continuous irrigation by the sewage for 3 to 7 years, no accumulatio n of Na+, Cl-, , Mg2+ and Ca2+ has been found yet. Furthermore, it has been found that the irrigating with brewery wastewater can contribute the accumulatio n of vitamin C, the bacterial pollution in shallow ground water and the decrease of nitrate pollution in ground water.
