摘    要:建立了蔬菜中多菌灵残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。样品以乙睛萃取,分取一定体积后氮吹,用pH值7.0的高纯水溶解,再经Oasis-MCXSPE小柱的净化和浓缩后上机检测。以安捷伦公司生产的EclipseXDB-C18柱(粒径5μm,4.60mm×250mm)进行分析,流动相(V磷酸盐∶V乙睛=76∶24),流速为1.0ml/min,波长282nm。蔬菜样品中多菌灵的平均回收率为93.4%~98.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.85%,方法检出限为0.01mg/kg。

Carbendazim Residues in Vegetables by in High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:Test established Carbendazim residues in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Samples with acetonitrile extraction,sub-taking after a certain volume of nitrogen blown,high-water solution with pH 7.0,and then by Oasis-MCX SPE cartridge purification and concentration on the machine after the test.Produced by Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(particle size 5 μm,4.60 mm × 250 mm)analysis,the mobile phase(V phosphate∶V acetonitrile=76∶24),flow rate 1.0 ml/min,wavelength 282 nm.Carbendazim vegetables in the average recovery was 93.4% to 98.1%,relative standard deviation(RSD)≤ 3.85%,the detection limit of 0.01 mg/kg.
