金线莲多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:将40只18-22g昆明雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组和金线莲多糖大、中、小3个剂量组,分别灌胃蒸馏水和200、100、50mg·kg^-1多糖,连续灌胃20d,第21天时,摘小鼠眼球采血,通过检测血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)和补体(C3、C4)的含量,研究金线莲多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果表明:金线莲多糖各剂量组小鼠的IgA含量与空白对照组比较无显著差异(P〉0.05);IgM含量与空白对照组比较均显著提高(P〈0.05);大、中剂量组的IgG含量与空白对照组比较显著提高(P〈0.05);大剂量组的C3,含量与空白对照组比较极显著提高(P〈0.01);各剂量组的C。含量与空白对照组比较均显著提高(P〈0.05).上述结果表明,金线莲多糖在一定程度上能提高小鼠的免疫功能.

Abstract:40 Kunming male mice with 18 - 22 g were randomly divided into four groups, one of which was used for control group and the rest for treatments, Anoectochilusformosanus polysaeeharide was given to each mouse of three treatment groups by gastrogavage for 20 successive days at the dose of 200, 100 and 50 mg·kg^-1. In the 21st day, blood samples were collected from mice to determine the contents of immtmoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) and the contents of complement ( C3, C4 ). The results were showed as follows: Compared to the control group, the contents of IgA in three treatment groups had no significant difference (P 〉0.05), but the contents of IgM in the three treatments increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), IgG contents in high dose and middle dose treatments increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). C3 content in high dose treatment increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) and C4 content in the three treatments increased significantly (P 〈 0.05). It was concluded that A. formosanus polysaccharide could improve immune function of mice.
