| 摘 要： | 葡萄酒工程学是一门新兴、交叉、快速发展的学科.该论文结合教学实践,从课程目标、课程内容、教学方法、实践教学和考核方式等方面,探讨了应用型创新人才培养环境下,葡萄酒工程学课程建设的经验.通过课程建设,加强了学生创新能力和综合素质的培养,教学氛围有明显改善、学生学习的主动性和实践能力明显提高.

Wine Engineering Curricula Construction Reform for Applied and Innovation Talent Training |

| Abstract: | s:Wine engineering is an emerging,fast-growing and interdisciplinary subject. This paper described the measures we carry out to train the talents of practice and innovation from curriculum objectives,content,teaching methods,practice training and examination mode. The innovation ability and comprehensive quality were enhanced, educating atmosphere was significantly improved,initiative and practice ability were obviously improved. |
