不同外植体对兰州百合组织培养的影响

以兰州百合的鳞片、叶片、根的不同部位为外植体成功获得再生植株,并建立了快速无性繁殖体系.在组织培养中不同外植体不同部位在培养时诱导分化能力是不同的.本试验以MS为基本培养基加不同的植物生长调节剂配比进行培养,发现不同外植体不同部位分化能力存在差异,其差异由强到弱为:鳞片、根、叶片.同时鳞片不同部位的分化能力由强到弱为:下＞中＞上,叶片不同部位的分化能力由强到弱为:叶片基部＞中部＞叶尖,根的不同部位分化能力由强到弱为:根基部＞根尖＞根中部.
