| 摘 要： | 应用RAPD技术对90个油茶无性系进行了研究,从中随机选取了12个无性系,探讨了引物数量、多态性比率和所用引物谱带丰富度对聚类分析结果的影响,结果表明:聚类分析准确度与引物数量、引物的谱带丰富度有关,多态性比率不是选用引物的主要标志。因此,在利用RAPD技术研究物种间遗传关系时,有必要保证一定数量的引物,且引物谱带要丰富。

| Abstract: | In studies on 12 clones randomly selected from 90 oil-tea(Camellia oleifera) clones using RAPD markers,the impact of number of primers,polymorphism rate and the number of RAPD bands on the cluster analysis were studied.The results showed that the precision of the cluster analysis is related to the number of the primers and number of RAPD bands.The polymorphism rate of primers is not an important factor on result.While RAPD technique is used to study the genetic relationship(among) Camellia oleifera germplasm resources,it should be assured that there are certain amount of primers and certain number of bands of the primers. |
