小麦白粉病菌生防菌对不同病原真菌的抑制作用

摘    要:为测定4株小麦白粉病菌的杀菌广谱性,将其与5株病原菌进行对峙培养。5株病原菌分别为小麦根腐病菌(Bipolaris sorokinian)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum schw.)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、甜瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium),试验结果表明:菌株C27、PE4对小麦赤霉病菌、小麦根腐病菌、甜瓜枯萎病菌、玉米大斑病菌具有抑制作用。菌株C26对5株病原真菌均没有生防作用,真菌菌株P17-1对小麦根腐病菌有抑制作用。

Abstract:Four bio-control agents for wheat powdery mildew were tested against other plant diseases.The target pathogens were Bipolaris sorokinian,Fusarium graminearum schw,Exserohilum turcicum,Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporium.Isolates C27 and PE4 had an inhibiting effect on the growth of the four pathogens of Bipolaris sorokinian,Fusarium graminearum schw,Exserohilum turcicum and Fusarium oxysporium.Isolates isolates C26 had no inhibiting effect on the five pathogens.Isolates P17-1 had a sole inhibiting belt with Bipolaris sorokinian.The four bio-control isolates had no inhibiting effect on the growth of Rhizoctonia solani at all.
