| 摘 要： | 测定了十字花科植物荠菜、独行菜、播娘蒿不同器官的过氧化物酶(POD)、α-淀粉酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性以及可溶性蛋白和过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量,同时采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对过氧化物酶及α-淀粉酶同工酶进行了分析。结果表明:3种植物不同器官的POD、α-淀粉酶、PAL活性和可溶性蛋白、H2O2含量存在差异,POD和α-淀粉酶同工酶谱条带在不同器官之间也存在着差异,有可能POD和PAL的活性与植物的药用成分之间存在一定的联系。 |

| Abstract: | The activities of peroxidase(POD),α-amylase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) as well as the contents of soluble protein and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) in different organs of the three plantsCapsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic,Lepidium apetalum Willd,and Descurainia sophia(L.) Webb] were investigated.Simultaneously,the patterns of peroxidase and α-amylase isozyme were analyzed by PAGE.The result indicated that there were some differences in the activity of POD,α-amylase,PAL and the content of H2O2 in different organs;and the patterns of POD and α-amylase isozyme were different too.The activities of POD and PAL might be related to the medicinal component of plants. |
